Reno Earth Day 2026 – Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Reno Earth Day! Please complete the application in full. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice along with all relevant event information.
Event Information
Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026
Time: Free to the public
Vendor Setup: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Anticipated Attendance: 15,000 persons (may be lower in inclement weather)
Vendor Requirements
All selling, informational, or nonprofit booths must align with our Reduce, Reuse, Recycle mission. You will be asked to explain how your business supports Reno Earth Day’s sustainability goals. Applications that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.
Vendor Booth Pricing
Aligned with Reno Earth Day Mission:
Non-Profit: $50
Education/Activity: $50
Selling Vendor: $100
2nd Hand Vendor: $100
Food Truck/Booth: $500
Alcohol Booth: SOLD OUT
Vendors Not Meeting Mission Requirements (Optional Booth Purchase):
Non-Profit: $75
Education/Activity: $75
Selling Vendor: $300
Important Notes
Vendor booths are strictly juried. Acceptance is based on the quality, originality, and suitability of your products or services. Past participation does not guarantee acceptance.
There are no refunds or rollovers for any reason. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of booth fees.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and any necessary insurance or permits, unless otherwise stated.
Electrical access and water hookups are limited; please indicate your needs on your application.
Parking and unloading instructions will be provided once your booth is confirmed.
