Step into a full-immersion country experience every Friday night at Boots’ Honky Tonk. Where the neon glows, the dance floor stays full, and the spirit of the West comes alive. Enjoy live music, food, drinks, and family-friendly entertainment in Downtown Reno.
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Boots’ Honky Tonk! Please complete the application in full. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice along with all relevant event information.
Event Information
Location: Locomotion Plaza, Downtown Reno, NV
Date & Time: Every Friday in December and January, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Vendor Requirements
We welcome vendors offering food, beverages, arts & crafts, or products and services that fit the country/western theme and are suitable for a family-friendly audience. Applications that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.
Vendor Booth Pricing
Non-Profit: $50
Education/Activity: $50
Selling Vendor: $100
Food Truck/Booth: $200
Alcohol Booth: SOLD OUT
Important Notes
Vendor booths are strictly juried based on quality, originality, and suitability for the event.
Vendors may choose to participate for a single Friday or multiple Fridays; booth fees apply per event date.
There are no refunds or rollovers for any reason. Failure to attend a scheduled event will result in forfeiture of booth fees.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and any necessary insurance or permits, unless otherwise stated.
Parking and unloading instructions will be provided once your booth is confirmed.
