Cyan Concert Series – Vendor Application

The Cyan Concert Series provides a free weekly concert for the community, featuring live music, food trucks, vendors, and a kids zone. This event is completely free for attendees and geared towards families.

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Cyan Concert Series! Please complete the application in full. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice along with all relevant event information.

Event Information
Location: Cyan Park, Damonte Ranch, Reno, NV
Date & Time: Every Friday night, June through August, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Vendor Requirements
We welcome vendors offering food, beverages, arts & crafts, or family-friendly activities. All vendors must provide products or services suitable for a family-friendly audience. Applications that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.

Vendor Booth Pricing
Non-Profit: $50
Education/Activity: $50
Selling Vendor: $100
Food Truck/Booth: $200
Alcohol Booth: SOLD OUT

Important Notes
Vendor booths are strictly juried based on quality, originality, and suitability for the event.
Vendors may choose to participate for a single Friday or multiple Fridays; booth fees apply per event date.
There are no refunds or rollovers for any reason. Failure to attend a scheduled event will result in forfeiture of booth fees.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and any necessary insurance or permits, unless otherwise stated.
Parking and unloading instructions will be provided once your booth is confirmed.

A City of Reno Business license is required for anyone selling or providing information on services. if you have not provided us with you City of Reno Business License number (not state of Nevada) you MUST purchase a temporary for the day of the event now. Temporary licenses will be $50 day of. ONLY 501c3 are exempt.
