Any vendor who is not a registered 501(c)(3) is required to have a City of Reno business license, regardless of whether you are: selling products providing information promoting a service hosting an activity simply staffing a booth Please note: this must be a City of Reno business license beginning with the letter “R”. A Nevada State or Washoe County license does not satisfy this requirement. If you do not currently have a City of Reno license, you must purchase a temporary license
A white-top 10’ x 10’ canopy (no sidewalls) will be pre-set in your assigned booth space before arrival. Vendors who do not reserve a rental canopy must provide their own shade structure.
Any vehicle or trailer wishing to park within the park will be required to purchase a $10 parking pass for each vehicle/trailer. Please note that sponsor booths include two complimentary parking passes.
