Rollin Reno – Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Rollin Reno! Please complete the application in full. Upon acceptance, you will receive an invoice along with all relevant event information.

Event Information
Location: Locomotion Plaza, Downtown Reno, NV
Date & Time: Every Wednesday, June through August, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Event Description: Rollin Reno is a weekly community event featuring live entertainment and DJs, food and drinks for purchase, and skate rentals ($5 per rental via card or Apple Pay). Attendees with their own skates can participate for free. This is a family-friendly event that brings the community together for fun and entertainment.

Vendor Requirements
We welcome vendors offering food, beverages, retail, or family-friendly activities suitable for a general audience. Applications that do not meet this requirement may be rejected.

Vendor Booth Pricing
Non-Profit: $50
Education/Activity: $50
Selling Vendor: $100
Food Truck/Booth: $200
Alcohol Booth: SOLD OUT

Important Notes
Vendor booths are strictly juried based on quality, originality, and suitability for the event.
Vendors may choose to participate for a single Wednesday or multiple Wednesdays; booth fees apply per event date.
There are no refunds or rollovers for any reason. Failure to attend a scheduled event will result in forfeiture of booth fees.
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, displays, and any necessary insurance or permits, unless otherwise stated.
Parking and unloading instructions will be provided once your booth is confirmed.
